Geographic Service Area

Fanditt operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore. We do not accept orders or facilitate deliveries to locations outside of this region. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that your delivery address is situated within Singapore.

This localized focus allows us to maintain a consistent level of service and adhere to regional trade standards.

Order Processing and Shipping

Our delivery timeline is designed for efficiency. Once you place an order, we require one business day for the packaging and shipping process. Following this initial period, the total delivery timeline ranges from three to four business days.

We define business days as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore. We strive to meet these timelines consistently so that you receive your footwear in a timely manner.

Payment and Pricing

We operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model . This means that you are required to provide the full payment at your doorstep when the items arrive. There are no hidden charges or shipping costs associated with your purchase.

The price you see during the checkout process is the final amount you will pay to the delivery agent. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

Order Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order as long as the product remains at our facility. Once the item is dispatched and reaches our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.

At that stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately to ensure the request is processed before the package leaves our warehouse.

Return and Refund Policy

Fanditt provides a 30-day return policy which begins on the day of delivery. This policy applies specifically to items that arrive in a damaged state or if the incorrect product is delivered. If you encounter such an issue, please email us at support@fanditt.com. We will arrange a pickup for the item at no cost to you. Once the item reaches our facility, we require 24 hours to inspect the condition of the product.

Following a successful inspection, we will arrange a replacement for the item. If the damage is beyond repair or if the item is no longer available in our inventory, we will provide a full refund. Because we operate through Cash on Delivery, we do not possess your banking information. Therefore, we will contact you via email to request your bank details for a transfer.

Once we receive these details, we initiate the refund process. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider. Please note that we do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind. We encourage you to place an order only if you are certain about your purchase. This policy helps us maintain our operational efficiency and ensures that our resources are dedicated to resolving genuine product issues.

User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to use our platform for any unlawful activities. You must provide accurate and truthful information during the checkout process. Any attempt to disrupt the website or provide false delivery information may result in a suspension of your access to our services.
