The Return Process

After the item reaches our facility, we require a period of 24 hours to conduct a thorough inspection of the product condition. This step is necessary to confirm the nature of the issue and determine the appropriate path forward.

Replacements and Refunds

Upon the conclusion of our inspection, we will first attempt to arrange a replacement for the item in question. If a replacement is not possible because the damage is beyond repair or the specific item is currently unavailable in our inventory, we will provide a full refund.

Since Fanditt operates exclusively through a Cash on Delivery model, we do not have your banking or payment details on file at the time of purchase. To facilitate a refund, our team will contact you via email to request your bank details for a direct transfer. Once we receive this information, we will initiate the refund.

Processing Timelines

After we process the refund on our end, the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your specific banking provider.

Generally, this takes between 5 and 6 business days. We appreciate your patience during this window as the banking systems finalize the transfer.

No Restocking Fees
