Handling and Processing Time

Once you place an order on our website, our warehouse team begins the fulfillment process. We require exactly one business day to prepare your items for shipment. We define business days as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Singapore. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will begin the processing stage on the next available business day.

Transit and Delivery Timelines

After the initial handling period is complete, your package enters the transit stage. Our total delivery timeline typically ranges from three to four business days. This duration encompasses the time the package leaves our facility and travels through our local logistics network to reach your address.

Order Cancellation Policy

Fanditt operates using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means that you are required to provide the full payment at your doorstep when the items are delivered. We do not charge any shipping costs or hidden fees for our services. The price displayed during your checkout is the final amount you will pay to the delivery agent.
